I can´t open Guitarrig 5 on my Apple studio M2 Max

I tried to use the application in Logic too but it doesn´t work.

What can I do?

Guita Rig 5 is dicontinued for years, if you want to use it on a Silicon Mac you need to run your DAW in Rosetta mode: How to Open Your DAW Using Rosetta

What macOS are you on? If it's Sequoia, then Guitar Rig must be added to the Local Network.
Also, don't forget to enable Full Disk Access.

Note that Guitar Rig 5 is discontinued software. It will show up as "Demo" if it runs. As for why that happens, carefully read this help article:

Consider buying Guitar Rig 7 if you can.
