Kontrol S49 stuck at the "welcome! Add your serial in Native Access screen

Downloaded the latest version of Native Access, logged in and entered the serial in Native Access again. it says it works, I installed the latest

Native Access: Version:3.16.0

NIHardwareAgent: Version:2.8.2

NIHardwareConnectionService: Version:1.8.7

NIHardwareConnectionServiceGUI: Version:1.8.7

NIHostIntegrationAgent: Version:1.16.0

I see this crash when I try to open the

so I am stuck, can't sue the keyboard. what's going on any ideas?

Yep I have done that.

I also found this:

it's the nativehardwareconnectionservice as far as I can see, that crashes, due to your txt file
