Voucher code doesn't seem to work

I bought the Kontakt 8 upgrade a few days ago and got a £89 voucher as part of the deal. However, when I tried to use the voucher to buy the RSI 1 synth, it failed with a message:

Coupon code '————' is not valid.

Am I missing something? Is the voucher only applicable to certain products? Is there a list of products to which the voucher applies? Should I just forget about it and let the voucher code expire?

    RSI 1 is a NKS Partners product. E-Vouchers generally do not work for those.

    Oh…. that makes sense now that I've read the small print that accompanied the voucher. I thought it was one of their own products.

    It seems that I've already got most of the NI products that I can afford so I'm not sure if I'll ever use the voucher

    Hello, I have the same Problem as Alazarin. But in my Case the voucher does not work at all. I tried to buy Rounds - voucher rejected. Low End Modular - voucher rejected. So please give me a sample for any product I can use the voucher for buying. Thankx. Thomas

    The voucher code cannot be used for updates,upgrades, crossgrades, edu licenses, hardware, NKS partner products,or Komplete bundles and upgrades/crossgrades.

    Else try one of these products provided that it is not already discounted.

    Based on your proposal list I tried to buy KINETIC METALS - same result :

    Voucher not valid.

    There seems to be something deeply wrong with this KONTAKT 8 voucher.
