Well, it wont "struggle", KK is actually very lite (well, use to be before they bloated it out with the latest MK3 requirements that do need more overhead sadly) but even so, KK itself doesn't take up much processing when used sparingly. It is what is loaded within and of course, how many instances you have in a project.
Would likely help to know what DAW you use and how many instances you expect to run in your DAW with what plugins loaded and what your audio configuration is (audio hardware, buffer/samplerate etc).

My Windows PC is very similar to yours except it's an i7-6700 at 3.40 GHz and only 16 gb of memory and it works with my S88MK3 and Komplete Kontrol ver. 3.3.4 quite well and is very responsive using Ableton Live 11 and used on a daily basis. For performance reasons I do tend to disable Real Time Protection in Windows Security when using it in Ableton Live to minimize library initial load times.

What will make your computer struggle is not the keyboard itself but the software that you use with it. Anyhow , until some time last year my PC CPU were an i7-6700 , as DunedinDragon reports having , and my only reason for upgrading were that M.S. will not support the platform for Windows 11. My i7-6700 were running just fine , especially since I had plenty of RAM (48 GB).
But if you take a look at what is happening then the computer industry (both HW and SW) is heavily pushing the AI agenda with Intel having AI support in it's newest line up of CPUs as well as NVidia and AMD turns that way also , and very recently it has been reported that "Microsoft plans to invest $80 billion on AI-enabled data centers in fiscal 2025" . And in a lot of software already on market then 'AI' is used in a way where most all present computers won't do unless of course having at least a GPU that supports the AI. So if your PC were not a bit outdated yesterday then it is today , at least seen from the perspective of the computer industry and it's plans for the future. It's always been like that but never before as much as now.
Your computer is just fine until you decide that you want to run some software that is too demanding for it. If you do not invest in new software then in theory you could do just fine for a long time if you took sufficient drive image based backups and then took the computer off-line when M.S. Windows 10 support ends.
