PROBLEMS WITH VOLUME IN SONGS

Good evening, I am using tracktor pro 4 with an s3 controller. I have a problem that when I load a song it plays directly with the volume fader down. Later, when you turn it up, the volume goes up and down normally. Can you tell me which setting I have incorrectly set?
