Why are some songs not letting me add grid marker?

I have an MP3 file that crashes every time I try to add the grid marker.

Can someone plase help with this problem?

Sounds like a corrupted file. Maybe change your recording settings.

Load the track into a deck. Expand the deck to Advanced→Grid layout. Make a screenshot. Post it here.

I appreciate the reply. Here's the screenshot.

Analyze the track first (including for bpm).

After that, you should be able to add/subtract and change beatgrids.

I've done that but thanks for your time, I've been using Traktor for 10+

years in both vinyl and DJ controller aspects. I've also done a lot of beat grid changes

for songs over the many updates and versions of Traktor. So as you try to enter a beat grid

Traktor crashes. There have only every been a few songs that Traktor will do this to. Funny thing is

is that I recorded the song again and it still fails to allow a beat grid. Weird huh.

I might well try changing recording settings. The file plays and tags in iTunes so it is a lost on

why Traktor wont beat grid it.
