Kontakt n the DAW is closing or minimizing very slow

Hi Guys,

Recently I have a problem whenever I close or minimize Kontakt in the DAW it cause freezing in the DAW.

I tried with Cubase and FL Studio.

I attached a video of the problem.

OS: windows 11

I tried to reinstall Kontakt but the problem remains.

If there is a way to uninstall manually or any other ideas to fix this please let me know.

Unfortunately we couldn't open the video. What happens if you open Kontakt in standalone, do you also have issues there ? Please follow the steps in this article: KONTAKT Crashes

Do you have usage data tracking enabled in Options>Usage Data?
