License Issue

Bought a used Mikro mk 2 today didnt realise that I would need to sort the registration as the previous owner hasnt deregistered it, the shop where I bought it from dont or wont give me the previous owners details (data protection) and I guess everyone has gone home for the holidays now :( is there anyway I can get this going (get the software) as I needed it for a party on Thursday, I think I have messed that up sadly.
