Traktor S3 Mk4 - Two issues have become evident

I changed PC's and since then I have noticed the following:

Unable to see BPM on Traktor screen now.
Just noticed FX1 first light not enabled like all other button lights.

See below in blue highlighted area.

Any ideas please?

Also, when i try to update the firmware, every time it says to to connect sound device even if my device is connected etc.

Screens have minimum system requirements. What is your new computer's OS?

Leftmost FX button is ON/OFF toggle for SINGLE mode only. Your FX Unit 1 is probably in GROUP Mode, with 3 different FX. Check the MANUAL for details.

Hi Sûlherokhh,

Greatly appreciate your reply and assistance. I was able to change the LED FX for Unit 1 via the Preferences. It is now semi lit up similar to the other four Units under FX1.

I was able to play around with Audio setup preferences, change the USB port for the controller and finally check via the Updater that I had the correct controller firmware (previously the controller was not being recognised), all was up to date.

All of a sudden after a hard reboot of the controller, I can now see the BPM and other info in the controller's screens. Very relieved now!

Thank you so much for your reply and assistance at this time of the year. I can now enjoy some music over the festive season :)
