No Maschine Software in NA

Hi, I hope anybody can help me out. I bought the Mikro MK3 second hand. I downloaded NA and registered with the already transferred serial number. However, the Maschine software is not appearing in NA. I only see 8 players in my library (eg Monark, Controller Editor, etc). I also deleted the xml as it was suggested. Nothing helps. Can anyone help me out?

    same with me but not brought second hand - brand new out of the box. uninstalled re installed all NA and all software i won but still no joy.

    I didn't try the xml reset yet
