How do i access Traktor pro 4 with my x1 mk3

    Have you downloaded Native Access and entered your key?

    Yes but it only gives me access to Traktor 3

    Have you bought your X1 Mk3 as new stock or used/second hand?

    If new stock: Have you bought your X1 Mk3 before or after the release of Traktor Pro 4 in July?

    If you bought it before the release of TP4: Buy the upgrade licence from NI. Traktor Pro 4 is a paid upgrade.

    If you bought it after the release of TP4: Contact NI support, they have to sort it out. Go to NI website and log in with your account. Support → Product Support → Traktor → (scroll down to the bottom of that site) use chat in bottom right corner. You may need a proof of purchase date.

    If second hand: I depends if the unit was sold before or after TP4 as new stock at first. But most likely you will have to buy the upgrade in that case.
