Missing software doesn't allow me to update

Years ago, I download Komplete Kontrol Start. And then moved on to 12 select, 12 ultimate upgrade, then, lastly to 13 ultimate upgrade. At least that's what it says in my account info under registration and serial numbers. I won't bore you with the reasons why I haven't been involved in my music in the last couple of years. Now that I am setting it all up again, I wanted to upgrade to 15 ultimate. On my Mac, I went from Applications—> native instruments—>Komplete Kontrol—>Komplete Kontrol. When I used to click on Komplete Kontrol, 13. Ultimate used to open. To my amazement, when I clicked on Komplete Kontrol the other day, Komplete Kontrol start opened. 13. Ultimate is nowhere to be found. Native Access still shows all of my plug-ins. So how do I upgrade if there's nothing there. Am I gonna have to pay $600 for 15 ultimate? Any thoughts of greatly appreciate it.

You should not need to buy the whole bundle again , however the price for 'Updating' varies with the present offers.

Yes, you can see on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page what is connected with your account / log-in , then if you are logged in and you have e.g. the 13 ultimate upgrade and you want to update to K 15 Ultimate then you simply go to the My KOMPLETE offers page (you might have to click where it says "See update price") , and if you like the offer and want to update your K13U to K15U then you buy the Update. It really ought to be that simple.

Otherwise then 'Upgrades' (and now confirmed also Updates) are only discounted %20 at this sale so you might be better off waiting for a sale where the Updates are also %50 off. (maybe next summer)

What do you mean Komplete 13 Ultimate used to open ? And Komplete Start opened ? These are bundle names , what you will see on your computer in e.g. Native Access and in the Komplete Kontrol app is not the bundle names but the names of the products that is in the bundles.

If the expected products do not show then , first make sure that you are logged in to the correct account. Then make sure that you are using the newest version of Native Access for your OS , then also you mention Mac , but do not tell us what is your OS version, so then also be sure that products expected to be seen are compatible with your OS (Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on mac OS )

Else then if the products are not shown in Native Access then you can try turning on Show Legacy software in N.A. settings , if products still do not show in N.A. then try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access.

If you have installed the products and they are properly installed / located in Native Access and they do not show in Komplete Kontrol , then you can try resetting the KK data base also : My Komplete Kontrol Browser is Empty or Incomplete

There seems to be some confusion. The bundles (instrument and plugin collections) are called Komplete.

There is a separate app called Komplete Kontrol, which is an "integration hub".

Komplete Kontrol (the hub) is not Komplete (the collection).
