I just installed and downloaded everything I need only to realize the main software I need wasn't with the group after registering the serial number. Is this common?

As per the multiple threads scattered across the forum for several weeks, you need to contact support.
Why it's still a thing that needs to be addressed on an individual basis rather than a site/account fix I have no idea, but That's Just The Way It Is (da da daa, da da daa, da da daa). 😁

I'd say give it at least 24 hours, but you may get lucky. If you've just bought a new Maschine MK3, you should get Maschine 3 software.
I'm in the states. Do they have a support team here?
Anybody else in the boat where they received their Maschine as a gift, registered the serial, no software in Access, submitted a ticket, and were told "We need an invoice #" ?
It was ordered on Amazon, and the only information that Amazon gives is the Order #, which support says isn't enough info… but there is no further info besides purchase date. I can't be the only one in this scenario.
