I would like to say that I don’t think it’s fair for a customer to purchase a €1000 Komplete S88 Mk1 piano and then have support discontinued. My piano works perfectly, and I haven’t even been able to break it, which shows you’re doing things right. Given that we’ve paid a good amount for this gear and it has the Guide Light feature, I believe this function should continue to be supported, just like the arpeggiator feature. Since these are functions, I don’t think they should affect updates to newer versions. I believe all users who have invested, and continue to invest, in Native Instruments products should receive ongoing support for our products as long as the technology allows it.
