Sound issue with Komplete Audio 1

Hi, I'm having a sound problem, so maybe it's coming from my microphone or not, but I'm posting it here just in case. When I record a voice, the audio only comes out of the left channel and on the sound card, only In 1 activates when I speak, and there is no option in Windows to set the microphone sound to mono. My microphone is a Rode Podmic. I've tried installing all Native Instruments and Rode software to see if there was a firmware update to do, but nothing, I've tried looking with the device manager and updating manually but it didn't change anything, I still have the same problem so is the problem coming from the sound card or the microphone? And if you know how to fix this problem, please let me know.

    That's expected operation as the mic input a mono input. What software are you using to record with?
