Guitar rig 5 kontrol

Im not able to activate my guitar rig 5 control through my NI account and it show offline when I check the midi settings online. I just noticed that they have stopped using service center to activate these tools. Im not sure what I can do to make this purchase I bought a few years back worth my while.

Perhaps if you included what is your exact OS version ? and what is your N.A. ? version then maybe someone could easier try to help ?

SethPaige5 apparently is a Mac user using at the moment unknown hardware and unknown OS
