Greetings!
I am red-green "colorblind" and have a challenging time picking out the red playback head location in the timeline. Is there any way I can change this to make it more readily apparent?

There are no user customizable settings, no. Open a support ticket to catch the attention of the developers. I know that NI has made it part of their product philosphy to make their software more accessible for people with disabilities. I'll try to push this myself.
