Traktor S2 MK3 keep turning off

I’m using S2 MK3 with Traktor 3. It turns on and turn off after a different amount of time anytime.. Sometimes when I unplug it and replug it works but not most of the time.

I tried to reinstall the controller editor, the S2 MK3 updater and I check for updates in Native Access. I restored the setting of the S2 MK3 to default. Everything seems fine but it still going off often.

I checked the plug in the controller and the usb plug in the computer. Everything seems normal.

it feels like the computer is not recognizing the kontroller or the kontroller is not receiving the power from the computer.
