Unsubscribe from email notifications

I am unable to unsubscribe from email notifications which was accidently activated. As a result my inbox is swamped. Please help!

You mean forum notifications, right?

Here is what you need to do:

First go to your profile (i assume you know at least this, if not, click the image at the top-right of the page, then click your name)

On the next screen choose "Notification Preferences" from the list on the right side.

In Notification Preferences choose whatever fits best for you.
From the 2 images you see, the one on the right, is the email notifications.

As you see, on my example, i get email notifications only in 2 cases:

Everything else, i see it only when i am logged in the forum. :-)
