I have followed all the steps required to download the software, including putting the serial number into native access, I get a prompt after that says successfully registered device and that I will be able to download the software but it never shows up In The library. I have uninstalled native access and reinstalled it, I have restarted my computer many times and hit the refresh button every ten minutes for over an hour now. I’m very frustrated since I just bought this product and cannot use it.
