native instruments standard just not showing up in native access

the title says it all ive just payed 280£ and added the serial code to my account and nothing has happened, actually typical of native instruments, ive not even started and it already doesnt work, please can someone help, ive just paid 280 for nothing here????

What are you seeing on your machine?

Have you installed Native Access 3.16+ and logged into it with your NI Acct?

AND - unless you purchased Komplete somewhere other than NI (is that even possible?) - there is no need to enter a serial - your purchase via the NI Webshop will be bonded to your account at the time of purchase.

You then simply install Native Access 3.16, login and your stuff should be listed - ready for install.

I assume you're talking about Komplete Standard. Have you checked your Native Instruments Account → Products, Serials and Downloads on their website to see if the libraries from Standard are there ready for download? Typically once your order is processed you receive an email telling you it's ready for download and the download instructions. Did you receive that? This process is explained on the final page once your order it.
