How to move license to a new machine

Upgrading from a macbook pro to a mac pro 6,1 so I can upgrade to Mojave from High Sierra. How do I transfer my licenses to the new machine? I cloned the drive from the SSD to the blade on the new machine and upgraded it to Mojave. All when I run NA it says the plugs are not activated. Obviously they are not tied to my login on NA and have some Machine ID. I can't find a deactivate option in NA or my online account.

Post a screenshot of Native access showing "Not authorized". It should not be tied to a specific "Computer Id" and you should be able to either "install" on the new computer, or if you have transferred the libraries to the new computer, you can "Locate" them, saving download time (note not all products are "locatable", so there will be some items that need to be reinstalled. The option to reinstall is not available through NA. Maybe corrupt tokens? I'm going to give this a shot.
