How can I update Traktor's firewall, I have Traktor 2 and it's terrible for me

It's been a few years since I stopped using it and now I'm back and when I turn on the
 controller and the laptop, everything looks fine but it's terrible for me, if I lower the
 b fader the a slowly lowers, the buttons don't go to touch a Sometimes it cuts short and
 it keeps ringing, well, I guess I have to adjust it and I have tried but I haven't been 
able to and the person who answered me before by calling the native doesn't answer me 
either, I call that number and they tell me that they no longer carry this, and the truth 
was there I think I remember a man called Roque and he solved everything very well for me
 but I am no longer able to get in touch with them, if you can help me please I would 
appreciate it a lot

I have a traktor s4 mk1 controller, which I didn't install, it's already years old but
 it's very well cared for, but it does these strange things that it's impossible to click,
 it's exasperating.my laptop is old with windows 7

What is meant by Traktor's firewall or do you mean the firewall of your operating system?

Traktor Pro 2 and Traktor DJ 2 are EOL so you'll have to see if you're lucky enough to get it to work.

Which Traktor do you mean exactly?

And with Windows 7 i can only strongly advise you not to allow this device to access the Internet anymore, it is a risk for yourself and for everyone else on the Internet!

Hello, thank you for answering, I don't
 know if I have explained myself well, 
I mean that I haven't used the 
controller for a long time and now 
 I connect it I see it as very outdated 
and I can't update it from the service 
control, it has become out of 
adjustment and only the fader moves 
in the program without me touching it 
and thus vatias functions and I think 
it is because I have to update it I 
have the traktor 2 2.6.3 version and 
it will already be outdated and I only 
have this laptop to use the controller

Okay if I understood correctly you need a Traktor 2 and Firmware update.

I bought the new s4 and they gave me 
the license and everything
