Ever since upgrade to Traktor 4 (now running latest 4.11.23), "played" doesn't work

I've set my play counter to 50s. Icon column is showing and stretched wide enough.

I see the deck labels for playing tracks, but the "played" check mark has never shown since I went from Traktor 3 to 4. The play count doesn't go up either.

I'm at my wits end. Any ideas?

Nevermind. Figured it out from another post. So, you need your icon column showing, wide enough, with your play count seconds to something reasonable, but most importantly for me when I posted this:

Channel needs to be open! (faders up while playing, otherwise it doesn't count as played)
