Hey, out of the box the display screen on the right deck of my x1 mk3 is not working. Please help out how to fix it.
Let NI fix it. Unless you are a computronic wiz there is not much you can do.

Yes I have messaged NI support as well. Do you think it's a software issue or the hardware is faulty.
Plus I also need some guidance on the audio setup. I am using the maudio duo audio interface. I only see two routing options L & R. I am unable to use the headphones as monitor and speakers as master out. Can you guide.
