i'm secend hand buyer without licence code

Four years ago, I purchased a second-hand Traktor S8 from an unknown person, and I didn't know that the device required a license. I have only used it as a mixer at home without any use until now. Now I need the software license, but I don't know the previous owner at all and I don't have the license card. The only things I have are the hardware serial and device ID, which unfortunately are registered on the website with the previous owner's email, and I don't have access to that.

please help me recover the software license for my device.Thank you
