Adding and making user presets for an instrument accessible directly through my keyboard?
So the situation is basically this. I'm trying to change the settings for one of the presets in native instruments west africa. Specifically the mapping setting from authentic to chromatic. However, I'm completely blind and for whatever reason this isn't mapped to any nks control, so I have to get sighted assistance just to do it since the komplete kontrol software was inaccessible 5 years ago when I bought it and still is now. But the change is simple enough. I read that we were supposed to simply click save as after making changes. Now these files are in my user content folder, but how do I actually make it so they can be accessed by the keyboard? Loading them in kontakt or the software itself simply isn't doable for me,. It has to be through the keyboard in my daw. I found a guide that talks about importing content from the browser or something, but that button is nowhere to be found upon opening the komplete kontrol application.. So now I'm stuck with a bunch of instruments which I can only use and a bunch of presets which I have no way to access.

Hello,
normally you just have to filter user presets, and then you see only user presets. In the software it's the little man sign, Like this under 15, you can also do it directly on the hardware:
