Traktor X1 MK2 touchstrip is not working anymore

Hello everyone,

The touchstrip on my traktor x1 mk2 is not working anymore. It's been a while since the last time i used it so i dont know/remember what could have happened.

if i slide my finger or try to push it In traktor 3 & 4 is not doing anything. The rest of the controller works as intended.

If i start the controller editor and touch it, its not being detect like it does when i press the other buttons.

Does anyone have an idea what to do? is it broken?

Can you monitor the MIDI output of the device? How to Monitor the Output of a MIDI Controller

To reset to defaults, go to the X1 MK2 tab in traktor preferences and click RESET DEFAULTS.

thanks jeremy for you quick answer. I just did what you asked me to do:

Reset default: Same problem.

Midi monitor: I can see some response when i touched the knobs/buttons but nothing when i touched the touchstrip…

(i dont like where this is going 😅😥)
