I am using a Kontrol S61N MK3 controller on my Mac using Sonoma OS - when I load Komplete Kontrol in my DAW, I see all the instruments on the screen of the 61N and can use the scroll wheel to preview sounds. When I use the knob to navigate to each individual instrument and press the scroll wheel, the instruments don't open and I get the following error message (attached). Its for every instrument - none of them open. I don't know if its because I'm on Sonoma OS and that functionality is not supported, or if something else is wrong. I can open all the instruments in Kontakt and they work fine. At this point, Komplete Kontrol doesn't offer any usable functionality for me.
