Uninstalling an old version of Kontakt

Years ago I installed Kontakt Start. Along the way I deleted all the folders/files that I could find.

Now I'm want to install the latest version of Kontakt Start but am having a problem because I didn't "uninstall" the older version. I just deleted folders/files. When I try to uninstall the various apps associated with Kontakt I get messages that the system can't find the files to uninstall. How do I either uninstall an app that is no longer on my computer or install the new version despite having lingering elements of the old version?

I realize now that I should have uninstalled the old apps rather than just delete their files. I no longer get rid of unwanted apps that way, instead using the uninstall procedure. Live and learn.

Try removing all the apps and libraries in question using the NI reg tool including removing anything Native Access and NTKDaemon also.

Then reboot and then download and install latest version of Native Access for your OS as an Admin.
