How do you import multi-samples into Maschine sampler? Please Help.

I used to do this with instruments built in Mainstage, but either something was wrong or I lost the knowledge, having been spoiled by Maschine's multisampler. I would take the multisamples with the metadata in each file name for note and velocity, then drag them into the left column of the zone page. They would automatically populate into the correct zones, I would save the sound (with samples), and I would be set.

I opened up an old project that I had two multi-sampled instruments on, but the "locate" error popped up. So I located the samples in the folder and drugged them into the zone page, but the metadata in the file name was ignored. instead, every sample was laid over the entire keyboard and no velocities were applied. All the samples are on top of each other and play with every note.

There must be something I am missing; please help!
