How to delete ONE SINGLE NOTE in a pad on Maschine+

Hi Guys,
i searched for the answer to my question, but to no result.
I have added notes to a Pattern and want to delete ONE SINGLE NOTE in a pad after i recorded let's say a snare drum.
I knoe how to navigate to the event that i want to delete, and i know how to get there, how to move and resize it, But i cannot figure out how to erase that particular note.

I found THIS workflow in another post:
Press the desired Pad, press EVENTS, select the event(s) u want 2 delete with START to END or EVENT Encoder, press CLEAR.

But this workflow erases ALL the notes of the snare instead of the one (or the ones) i hvae previoulsy selected. Did i hit the wrong key (Erase (Replace), and if so, where is the Clear button to do so?

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Clear is Shift+Pad 9, if there is a selection then it just deletes that, if there is no selection it deletes everything.

There are other ways like using STEP mode, then you just tap the lit Pads to remove notes (monophonic stuff)

I am investigating that STEP Mode since i am not there yet.
Got the Maschin Studio years ago, but had to sell it again due to getting children.
ALso sold the JAM, but got the Maschine+ AND a Jam again.
And i am always digging the nitty gritty things that i need along the way for a smooth workflow.
