S3 Jog wheels no longer working as expected??
Hi team -
Jogs have been working well - you could touch them and scratch and stop a playing track.. now track is locked and can only be scratched when its not playing??
I have restarted, updated and done voodoo- what's next? Please help its making me sad:(

HEy team ! Its actually from changing the sound card while a track is running was locking the track - there was a momentary yellow flashing message saying track locked - you have to stop the track, change it to something else (like live) and then change it back and back to normal!

sadly I didn't purchase this unit new - lesson learnt there I guess.

You can still talk to them; also ask them what a repair might cost if there is nothing else you can do.

I tested it and set the jog wheel sensitivity to 0.
and I have the same problem. just set the jog wheel sensitivity to 6 and everything is fine.
But be careful, the text is wrong, on the S3 you can only save using the left Play button.1 -
