Not seeing Komplete Kontrol in my library

Hello! I purchased a S61MK2 last February, downloaded Komplete Kontrol, and am using it. I now am trying to set it up on my laptop but when I log in to my Native Acess app I do not see Komplete Kontrol in my library. I read that there is a limit of 3 computers that you can install on, but this is only my second computer. Just to be safe, I uninstalled from the first computer but Komplet Konotrol still doesn't show up on the second. I also read that products that aren't compatible won't show up, but as far as I know my Windows 10 pro laptop should be compatible. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you!

No need to uninstall on one PC to setup on a second or a third PC.

Just be sure that you are logged in to the correct account in Native Access , check by logging into the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page with same log-in to check that it is correct account.

Then also be sure to be using the latest version of Native Access for your OS .

Else then as an attempt to quick fix the problem then reboot computer then download which of these two that you prefer : Komplete Kontrol 2.9.6 - Last VST2 supported version or Komplete Kontrol 3.2.1 , and then run the installer as an Admin . Then open Native Access as an Admin and give it 5-10 minutes to accept Komplete Kontrol. Hopefully then that will work else if not then you might have support helping to fix this.

Thanks for all this advice! I will give it a try and let you know how it works out.
