Things that need to happen in Maschine

Some may consider this a wishlist, but for me, these are ideas for a more efficient workflow that should already be here, for all Maschine users. I would like to say now that I am excited about Maschine 3 as I have been producing using native instruments products for many years and have seen the leaps in how we conceptualize music and sound design. But there is a human error, which is most of Maschine's users look at this product as if it were a DAW.

Mascine 3 is by far the best sampler on the market. One thing I love about the update is the ability to bounce in place. This not only saves RAM but it can speed up the workflow. The drawback is that it is destructive, so whatever instrument settings would have to be recalled on a new sound slot, yes saving snapshots and presets would aid in this process but that seems like extra work for nothing, even performing the bounce and then hitting undo would still save the bounce and quickly recall the instrument. But why all that when we could just bounce to a selected sound slot in the group?

Another pet peeve is loading multiple midi patterns into one sound slot… for instance, I drag a midi pattern from 80's Drummer into the first sound slot, I will then move my loop adjustment to the next empty section and from the same instrument I will try to drag the next midi pattern that I think makes my sequence sound great. Only to find that the next section just replaces what I previously dragged to the slot (track). The only workaround I see, is keeping the next slot empty dragging the new pattern there and then cut and paste onto the instrument track so I can then finally make my edits. Maybe it's just me but this could be easier but does easier make Maschine more of a DAW?

I gotta say that I love the Leap engine along with other tools like Phrase and Chord. This isn't a perferct world an these tools could use some improvement. A big improvement with Leap would be to allow users to swap the sample loaded to a different key… Seems like this is just a one and done process and having a "undo" button would be awesome… it reminds me of serato sample, a little bit better but somehow missing and undo button and I can't swap my sample to another key if I feel like a drum loop was misplaced. serato sample already does this, let's make it happen.

The phrase tool needs an overhaul on pattern drag and drop. Just saying.

I aslo need to see a library refresh button for user content… why the extra step to go into settings to achieve this?

I just want this software to meet it's full potential and to make my process flow even faster.
