Symphony Essentials String Ensemble Notes hanging/ Can you ever contact a live agent?

Recently purchased this on using a voucher. For me it is unusable because I have the dreaded note hanging issue when using the sustain pedal that is well documented in reddit, web, etc. I have a ticket but not heard anything in two days. What is typical response time? Also is there ever a live agent? not happy with this level of support.
