Maschine 3 with MK3 - Stem seperation does not work

Hello! I have machine 3 with MK3. When I import a stereo loop in wav format into the sampler, I can press the stem button, the process runs up to 100%, but then no 4 separated tracks are created. Machine 3 has full disk access.
Does anyone have an idea about this? Thank you!!

So: I uninstalled and installed Machine 3 three more times and stem still didn't work properly. Then I noticed that Native Access did not install Machine 3 in the Programs folder but in Documents. I changed the installation location in the Native Access settings, reinstalled it and then it worked. Previously, audio import (e.g. mp3) was not possible, which now works. So apparently machine 3 needs other parts in the same folder. I wasn't aware of that.
Anyway, thanks again for the tips!
    Kind regards from Vienna!

Have you tried to set it from sampler to audio and try again. on my setups it work with both (sampler and audio).
There should be a new Group ceated that has the 4 new stems.
If this does not work, maybe reinstall Maschine Software.
If that does not work either, try contacting support via the Chat.

    Hope it helps

Thank you for the quick reply! I tried both sampler and audio - neither worked. No new group. I'll try a new installation again this evening and let you know.
