This issue just came up when I updated everything in Native Access. It's been a while, but everything updated and downloaded just fine. However, now I’m getting this error when booting up Pro Tools, and can’t use Komplete Kontrol in Pro Tools 2023.9.
I’m using it with my Komplete Kontrol S61 keyboard, which I assume has the latest updates from Native Access. My OS is running Ventura 13.6.7 on a Mac Studio M2.
Kontakt runs without issues, and I’ve tried multiple times to uninstall and reinstall Komplete Kontrol through Native Access (which is the latest version), but the plugin still won’t load. I also tried launching Pro Tools in Rosetta mode, but that didn’t work either.
The version of my KK AAX plugin is 3.3.3, which is 4 years old. Is there a newer version available in my online account?
Do you think my keyboard needs firmware or additional updates? If this is not something Native Access can address, could you please provide direct links for updates? Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
