Maschine 3 projects, groups, sounds and prehear plays erratically

When I prehear any of the projects, groups or sounds in Maschine 3, i hear a pulse of static and the sound stops momentarily. it interrupts the tempo of projects and mixes the timing up in a weird way. It happens also when I preview groups and sounds. I first thought it was interference from my phone or some other device. When I switched back to Maschine 2 there was no problem. It couldn't have been interference from my interface, my amp or my phone as the only change was with the software.

    hi Jeremy,

    thanks for your reply. my computer was playing a sharp static signal every second. Maschine 3 was a fresh download on Windows 11. I uninstalled and reinstalled maschine 3, 2-3 times with no difference. I closed it and started maschine 2 but no noise was evident. I restarted maschine 3 and the noise was still there.

    That's when I made the comment.

    I restarted my laptop, reopened Maschine 3 and it works fine now. I guess it just needed a restart. I've had now problems since.

    I'm sorry that i couldn't supply further info for other clients or for your bug fixing team. usually anything that needs a restart mentions it as part of the installation process.
