Reaktor Sampler and Soundfonts

My first rookie question…

In the longterm I'm building a monster do-it-all synth for myself and Reaktor Might do it. One of the key requirements is to select from the available samplemaps.

Firstly, can the Sampler load in maps at 'runtime' or are they embedded into your finished instrument.

And secondly, I have lot of Soundfont content that I'm like to import / convert. The importers that I've seen only have Key and velocity range for each sample - where SFs would have loop points and other per-sample detail. I think that typing all of this in would break this old man.

I can't get the demo to work (I may have installed in ages ago pre my current mission).

Any help would be gratefully accepted, as I'd like to take advantage of the current reduced price.

Reaktor is a good product. It makes a decent sampler but Kontact is actually made to play samples. If you get Reaktor there's 20 years of users instruments already made. Some are really good. Is the black Friday sale on or something.
