Purchased Session Guitarist missing after PC crash

My PC crashed and required a fresh Windows install.

I use Cakewalk so have downloaded and installed again.

I have checked in Native Access and it shows that my purchased Session Guitarist Picked Acoustic (and Free Orchestra) are installed…but neither are showing in my DAW. I am not paying again.

Any ideas on how to activate them. Much appreciated. Thanks

    I am not paying again.

    Nobody here is asking you to to pay again for a product that you have already bought.

    I have checked in Native Access and it shows that my purchased Session Guitarist Picked Acoustic (and Free Orchestra) are installed…but neither are showing in my DAW.

    Any ideas on how to activate them.

    This makes it a bit hard to understand what is the problem since you on one hand tells that products are installed and sort of claims that it's all OK (you mention nothing about any Demo condition) and then ask help to activate ?

    Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS (unless you are using a legacy OS , Mac 10.15 and earlier / Win 7 downloads)

    If the product is demo in Native Access then this is the trouble shooter : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access , especially '2. Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files' (delete both NA XML and offending product XML)

    Session Guitarist Picked Acoustic (and Free Orchestra) are installed…but neither are showing in my DAW

    This I have a particular hard time understanding. Why would Session Guitarist Picked Acoustic show in your DAW ? It's a Kontakt library and is supposed to show in Kontakt inside your DAW , but if that is what you meant then you skipped a step of two ?

    Also then prior to using in a DAW then you need to run Kontakt as a stand-alone app and let it scan for products and plugins. And if you have a problem with Kontakt in your DAW then also check if same problem exists when running Kontakt as a stand-alone app.

    You really need to be more specific with respect to what is the state of things and what exactly the problem is. Also e.g. attach a screenshot of any errors.

    Further more then we need to know what is your OS version ? , your Kontakt version ? , your N.A. version ?
