can't find serial number

I found the maschine Mirko at the sealing and wanted to use it. on the box stands "includes full machine software…" but I can't find the serial number to add it in Native access. there was no product card. if I press NAV + F3 there stands the set up with firmware, SN ( only 8 numbers) and service. but this SN is to short to ad it in NA. I don't want to buy a new software. please help

    Is there not a hardware serial number under/on the bottom of the Mikro MK3?

    I purchased mine used from Guitar Center and it still had the sticker, albeit, the previous owner DID NOT decouple the license from their account.

    Not a huge deal for me as I already have the software, but I mention b/c if you purchased used, the hardware serial may be tied up on the previous owner's account and you'll need to get NI Support involved. Unless you know or have access to the previous owner and can get them to go into their account and do it…?
