Luna records midi from Komplete Kontrol S61, but not Maschine MK3

I am using multi out in Maschine. Sending each pad to its unique channel through the Maschine mixer. I can play the notes through my S61 and the midi does record and playback (which is a pain as the pads on the Maschine MK3 are great).

I can hear and see the audio coming through in Luna on each respective channel.

Does anybody know how to make this work?
