Cant download Traktor Pro 4 from Native access

I can download my newly purchased Traktor Pro 4 from the native access downloader. I have tried many times with failure. How can I get my download without using native access. Before it was so easy going to my account and download

Download the demo version of Traktor Pro 4. You will still need Native Access to activate your full licence to remove demo limitations.

Negative on that. I downloaded it and went through its install process and when completed it does not show up in my apps section or even the Native folder in programs.

What happens it goes through the process of installing. After it gets to the visual basic ++ part it disappears for some add reason. I am running windows 11 23H2

I may have found the issues with me installing TRAKTOR PRO 4. I found by focusing on installation. There were two problems.

My visual c++ wasnt somehow updated. So i proceeded to update that. After restarted my PC and tried again It didnt complete it disappeared

After looking to see the issues on installing I found the driver section would cause the installation to disappear. So when installing I unchecked the driver section and it fully installed Pro 4.

I dont know why the driver install part would cause the install to disappear but its something that should be looked into further
