I cant access the maschine software and i want to see if anyone know something free for the mikromk2

    Why can't you access the Maschine software? Was it a secondhand purchase? If so you could buy the Maschine software for £89. The only other thing you could do is map the controls on the Micro to a different software package but then you're missing out on all the features of Maschine.

    my mothers friend gave me my maschine mikro mk2 and i dont have money to buy the software and im trying to make sounds atleast with the pad. i need any software that works and is free

    You could take a look at Steven Slate Drums 5 free - https://stevenslatedrums.com/ssd5/#SSD5FREE or BFD Player - https://www.bfddrums.com/bfd-player/

    You should be able to map the Mikro pads to either of those, but it's not something that's officially supported of course.

    If you want the software, then your mother's friend needs to transfer the license to you.

    It's not something that's directly supported by NI and I don't personally have/use those products. I'd suggest posting a request in the Maschine forum asking for help mapping the Mikro to another product. You can also take a look at YouTube to see if there are any tutorials over there.
