Just got my Mikro MK3. Registered the serial number and successfully installed Native Access. But the Maschine Software is nowhere to be found so I cannot download it. I am incredibly frustrated as this seems to be the key to making the whole thing work.
I am also unable to contact support. I started a chat and it just dead-ended. Any help with downloading Maschine or contacting support directly would be most appreciated.
