Syncing Traktor 4 & Push3 (Standalone)

I am syncing via "LINK" my computer running Traktor 4 and my Push3 (standalone). The idea is to use Traktor as the brain of my setup and Push3 to trigger some loops & use some VST´s on sync with the tracks been played.

When linking them, Traktor looses the capability of selecting as "Master" each of the individual decks. So basically, once Traktor is linked with Push, there is no way of deactivating the LINK button in the Traktor "Global Section", hence I can not select any individual deck as the master. Have anyone encountered a similar problem?

This is how Traktor's implementation of LINK has been since the dawn of time.

When enabled, you can't adjust the pitch of track decks manually, you can only adjust the Link session tempo, which all track decks and other gear or apps on the same LAN can follow

Thank you so much for the prompt response.

So this would mean that when linking Traktor, you loose the ability of "highlighting" adjacent keys (which actually only works when selecting a deck as the "master)?

I've raised it with the Traktor team a couple of times, but there were many old codebase issues that were keeping it down the priority list, which is understandable.

I think the fact we now have flexible beatgrids and the Maschine update is out of the way, it might make an overhaul of Ableton Link, much more feasible than in the past.

    Let's hope!

It is a shame that such a helpful feature gets simply lost when linking to other devices.

I also notice that without the option of selecting manually the "master" deck because of LINK, somehow at some point of my set, the decks are no longer "in sync" when launching a new track, even though the "SYNC" button is ON in each individual channel.
The only solution I found so far is disconnecting the Link, selecting the "master" on the leading deck and then all of a sudden, new launched tracks are back into sync. Did anyone also encountered this? Is there any solution so far?
