I've posted here as I didn't see a more applicable category.
Earlier this week I received email from NI reminding me to redeem my voucher for the Kontakt 8 upgrade. The purchase was made in September, but I never received an email with the voucher link. There was/is nothing in my junk/spam folders as I've been receiving NI correspondence for many years. I submitted a support request by chat on Nov-07 and still haven't received a ticket link.
There always seems to be an issue with support chat. It is ridiculous that I cannot speak or even communicate with a live support representative when needed. This is the type of issue that makes you reconsider your relationship with a business. Any suggestions?!
