Uk Right to withdraw

Hello everyone,
I purchased a digital download from Native Instruments three days ago and am now looking to request a refund. According to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, I understand there’s a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content as long as there wasn’t an agreement to waive this right by activating the download immediately.
In my case, I didn’t receive any notice or make any agreement that activating the download would remove my right to withdraw, so I believe I’m still eligible for a refund.
I’ve contacted Native Instruments’ customer support to explain my situation and request the refund. I’ll keep this post updated with any advice or feedback I receive from them.
Has anyone else requested a refund for a digital download from Native Instruments? Any tips on the process would be appreciated!
Thanks!
Bart
