Kontakt 6.71 Standalone loading Very Slow in Windows 11

Hi,

I'm using an Audient ID22 interface. It's plugged into a dedicated USB 2.0 port on the back of my computer. Every time I load Kontakt, it takes a good 30 seconds for the application to appear.

No issues past that point, but it never did this before with the ID22 when using Kontakt 5 and Windows 10. Also, Pro Tools 12, Adobe Audition, Omnisphere 2 and Melodyne 5 all load fast in comparison.

Any ideas?

Hey I just saw that there's no reply to your post yet. If you have installed a backup software package like Acronis, or any antivirus software, please disable them, reboot your computer and see if that helps!

Thanks... it's my interface. Kontakt is fine. I noticed if I uninstall the Audient ID app it loads quickly. However, I need the app to control the Audient's in/out features. Oh well?...
